What this group is all about & some rules

– This group is primarily a helpful community where we can actively learn from one another and support each other. Feel free to ask questions no matter where you at in your blogging journey.

– Please keep in mind that self-promotion isn’t what we’re all about here, so please no posting your posts, affiliate links, products/services etc. unless you have a genuine question about them! That’s totally okay.

– Do not private message members in the group with promotional/services/products/offers/affiliates unless they ask for these specific things. It can be seen as spammy or off-putting to your fellow members, so let’s respect each other and avoid that kind of thing!

– Please no negativity or unfriendliness: compliment, uplift and encourage.

– Feel free to connect and encourage! Ask questions, chat, have fun and be nice :). The more active you are the more you (and everyone else) will get out of this group. If someone asks anything you know the answer to, answer away!

I’m Alice Bolte and my husband is Thomas Bolte. I’ve been blogging for a couple years and recently rebranded to https://www.capeandapron.com. It’s a blog about all things new mommy: preparing for baby, postpartum, labor & delivery and more.

Most of all, Thomas and I are very passionate about helping people have the opportunity to live the blogging lifestyle and have the ability to step into their own business shoes. I’ve been able to work from home and raise our toddler (and baby #2 coming soon). We are SUPER excited how the blog has grown and the lifestyle that has come with it PLUS the plans we have for our online adventures soon because of this phenomenal growth. We can hardly sleep!
